Shipments and returns

Orders are generally dispatched within 2-4  business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. I will send a despatch confirmation email after each shipment with tracking details. 

Shipping Time

Most orders received will ship within 2-4 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday

I cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Shipping or transit times mentioned on the website are to be taken as an estimate only. 

Out-of-Stock Products

Most products ship within 2-4 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. I will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase based on the following conditions:
I offer full purchase price on new sealed un-used products only. Please contact me for authorization prior to a return.
For health and safety reasons, I do not accept returns on opened beauty or skin care products.

I will gladly accept the return of products that are damaged during transit or defective in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Please take photos of the damages as soon as they are received. These will be required for your refund to be approved. Please contact me via email prior to any return requests.

Fulfillment mistakes resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return.

International Shipping

I offer worldwide shipping at low international rates. 

Packages upto 8 oz (0.22 kg) (including packing materials) generally ship for $10.95 to most countries

Packages upto 16 oz (0.45 kg) generally ship for $15.95 to most countries.

For packages over 16 oz please create separate orders or contact me.
